The offices of the Department of Investment, Infrastructure Maintenance, and Municipal Services are located on the first and second floors of the building, which does not have an elevator. The building houses the Registry Office and the Department of Civil Affairs. There are two entrances to the building. There is an elevator in the building. To use the elevator, please ring the bell located on the left side of the stairs at the entrance from K. Miarki Street.

The Environmental Protection Department is located on the ground floor of the building. Visitors use the entrance, which is accessible to people in wheelchairs.

Only the hallway and rooms on the ground floor are accessible to people in wheelchairs. There is no elevator in the building. The accessible restroom is located on the ground floor—follow the hallway to the right of the entrance.

There are no induction loops in the buildings of the Mikołów Town Hall. There are also no Braille markings, high-contrast markings, or large-print markings for blind and visually impaired people. There are no speakers above the entrances for the audio guidance system for blind and visually impaired people.

Two parking spaces for people with disabilities have been designated in the parking lot at Rynek.

On the north side of the building (on K. Miarki Street), there is a parking lot where one parking space has been designated for people with disabilities. Two additional parking spaces for people with disabilities have been designated in the parking lot on the west side of the building.

The nearest parking lot is located on św. Wojciecha St. (no designated parking spaces for people with disabilities). Two parking spaces for people with disabilities are located in the parking lot on Bractwa Strzeleckiego Square.


5. Information on the right to enter with an assistance dog and any reasonable restrictions
You may enter the buildings and all rooms where customer service is provided with an assistance dog and a guide dog


6. Information regarding the availability of a sign language interpreter on-site or online. If this is not available, this information must also be provided. At the Mikołów Town Hall, two employees are trained in the sign language system (SLS). An eligible person who wishes to use the interpretation service should notify the office at least three business days in advance of the event, except in emergency situations.
