Public consultation with citizens of Mikołów District on joining the Metropolitan Association of Upper Silesia by Mikołów.
As per Mikołów Mayor?s resolution no. 1235/117/2017 of April 12th, 2017 we inform that we start public consultation with citizens of Mikołów District on joining the Metropolitan Association of Upper Silesia by Mikołów.
Consultation will be conducted electronically. The forms can be downloaded on  http://mikolow.eu or http://www.bip.mikolow.eu as well as in a traditional way (on paper)  – the forms available at the Town Office as well as at:
Borowa Wieś ? village leader?s seat,
Śmiłowice ? Voluntary Fire Brigade headquarters,
Mokre ? village leader?s seat ? during library?s working hours,
Town Sport and Recreation Centre swimming pool,
Town Public Library,
Kamionka ? Primary School no. 4,
Paniowy ? Primary School no. 8,
Bujaków ? School Complex no. 3.

The forms filled in can also be cast in the above mentioned places.
